National Vegetarian Week starts on Monday 19th May, my friend who is veggie suggested I do it last year and offered to help me out, but I didn’t take her up on it.
This year I thought I might give it a go but only if I know I am not the only one! My friend is even offering to coach pledgers for the week with recipes and things.
