I will travel to Copenhagen because of the the shared concerns of myself and 69 others that:
1. Climate Change is not the problem, but a symptom of our unsustainable behaviour;
2. We want action for Climate Justice, because to do nothing is to be complicit in the further destruction of the earth;
3. We demand that the governments of the world facilitate a sustainable way of life for all, based on equality and mutual respect.
Whilst I am there I will work to facilitate action in accordance with these statements.
- donate one pound to the International Red Cross for each of the 26 Anglican bishops sitting in the House of Lords who completes the Sober Survey
- contribute to the effort, "Give-a-Book: Help a Child Learn,"
- volunteer my time and energy to support keeping the branch libraries open for Evanston residents.
- organise a "Hackday for the Animals" in London
